摘 要:目的:比较多种激素综合调节夏季山羊卵泡同步发育及发情特点。方法:选择2~4胎次健康、空怀黄淮山羊母羊50只,根据年龄和胎次均衡原则,随机分成Ⅰ~Ⅵ组,其中Ⅰ~Ⅴ组山羊于6月份实施CIDR+LHRH-A_(3)+PG-CL+PMSG+FSH+LHRH-A_(3)方案。Ⅰ~Ⅴ组进行PMSG肌肉注射。Ⅰ组剂量为150 IU/只;Ⅱ~Ⅲ组剂量为180 IU/只;Ⅳ组剂量为200 IU/只;Ⅴ组剂量为350 IU/只;另Ⅲ和Ⅳ组在撤除CIDR前1天进行PMSG处理。Ⅵ组于1月份实施PG-CL+LHRH-A_(3)+PG-CL方案。各组在药物处理前1天和最后一针注射第2天,从颈静脉采集血样,测定各组血浆E_(2)和P_(4)含量。结果:Ⅵ组在1月份的发情率为100%,与Ⅰ~Ⅴ组发情率比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)。Ⅱ和Ⅳ组发情率为75%,极显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.01)和Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。在发情持续时间上,Ⅰ~Ⅱ组均极显著长于其他组(P<0.01),Ⅴ组最短(P<0.01)。孕激素水平降低至发情的间隔时间,以Ⅴ组最长,33.33%母羊至发情间隔>70 h;Ⅳ组长于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)、Ⅲ组(P<0.01)和Ⅵ组(P<0.01);相对于其他组,Ⅵ组间隔时间最短(P<0.01),且集中在26~39 h之间发情。GnRH首次处理至发情间隔时间,以Ⅴ组最长(P<0.01),Ⅰ~Ⅱ组最短(P<0.01),Ⅲ~Ⅴ组之间呈极显著性的增长变化(P<0.01);Ⅵ组为(229.95±2.21)h,除Ⅴ组外,极显著长于其他各组(P<0.01)。Ⅵ组羊外周血浆E_(2)和P_(4)浓度,第8天的P_(4)量最高(P<0.05,P<0.01),其他各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);对应第10天的E_(2)量高于其他各组,但均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用激素调节夏季山羊发情,可达到75%发情率和卵泡同步发育效果,其中首次和第2次LHRH-A_(3)处理至PG-CL处理的间隔分别为7和4 d,PMSG应与PG-CL同天处理,剂量180~200 IU/只效果最佳。Objective:To compare the characteristics of simultaneous follicular development and estrus in summer goats regulated by multiple hormones.Methods:According to the principle of age and parity balance,50 ewes of 2-4 parity healthy and empty Huanghuai goats were divided into groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,ⅤandⅥ.The ewes in groups I toⅤwere treated with CIDR+LHRH-A_(3)+PG-CL+PMSG+FSH+LHRH-A_(3) in June.For intramuscular injection of PMSG,the dose of 150 IU/animal in group I was injected,that of groupsⅡandⅢwas 180 IU/animal,groupⅣwas 200 IU/animal,groupⅤwas 350 IU/animal,in particular,the ewes in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were treated with PMSG on the last day of CIDR treatment,and the ewes in group Ⅵ were treated with PG-CL+LHRH-A_(3)+PG-CL in January.The blood samples of all ewes collected from jugular vein in 1 day before treatment and 2th day after the last injection were determined the contents of plasma E_(2) and P_(4).Results:The oestrus rate of ewes in group VI was 100%in January,which was significantly different from that in group I to V(P<0.01).The oestrus rate of ewes in group II and IV was 75%,which was significantly higher than that of group III(P<0.01).Oestrus duration of ewes in group I and II was significantly longer than that in other groups(P<0.01).33.33%of ewes showed the longest interval between the decrease of progesterone level and estrus in group V,that was more than 70 h,and the interval of ewes in group VI was the shortest(P<0.01),most of ewes showed oestrus between 26-39 h.The interval between the first treatment of GnRH to oestrus of ewes in group V was the longest,that in group I and II was the shortest,and that was significantly increased among groups III,IV and V(P<0.01).The interval in group VI was(229.95±2.21)h,which was significantly longer than that in group I to IV(P<0.01).The concentrations of E_(2) and P_(4) in peripheral blood plasma of ewes showed that the level of P_(4) in group VI was the highest on the eighth day(P<0.05).The difference was not significant among other times(P>0
