摘 要:目的:为了研究双足压电直线电机的性能,建立定子系统动力学模型,制作双足压电直线电机样机。方法:首先,建立双足压电直线电机定子结构、定子系统二自由度横向振动系统和电机速度测试实验装置;其次,基于正交实验对双足压电直线电机速度性能进行极差和方差分析。结果:压电电机驱动足的振幅位移约为61μm,压电直线电机的性能能够满足电机动子驱动要求;正交试验分析表明双足压电直线电机的电压和频率都对速度有影响,且频率对电机速度的影响更为显著。结论:验证了该压电电机具有驱动位移大,速度反应快和工作稳定等特性。Objective:To study the performance of biped piezoelectric linear motor,the dynamic model of the stator system was established,and the prototype of biped piezoelectric linear motor was made.Methods:Firstly,the stator structure of biped piezoelectric linear motor,the two-degree-of-freedom transverse vibration system of the stator system and the experimental device of the motor speed test were established respectively.Secondly,based on the orthogonal experiment,the speed and performance of biped piezoelectric linear motor were analyzed with range and variance.Results:The research result shows that the amplitude displacement of the piezoelectric motor-driven foot is about 61μm.The performance of the piezoelectric linear motor can meet the driving requirement of the motor's mover.The orthogonal experimental analysis shows that both the voltage and frequency of double-foot piezoelectric linear motor have an effect on the speed,and the frequency has a more significant effect on the motor speed.Conclusion:It is verified that the piezoelectric motor has the characteristics of large drive displacement,fast reaction rate and stable operation.
