摘 要:针对快速发展的反射涂料,采用DeST软件模拟办公建筑使用反射涂料后的全年逐时负荷。在反射涂料增强夏季隔热以及降低冬季辐射得热作用下,分析建筑全年综合能耗的变化特征,探讨不同朝向墙体以及窗墙比等设计参数对使用反射涂料后的建筑能耗影响规律。结果表明,在寒冷地区,东西墙与北墙使用反射涂料后对全年节能贡献量较大,南墙效果不佳;综合窗墙比为0.3时,节能效果最佳。通过对建筑能耗研究分析,反射涂料对办公建筑具有一定节能效果,适用于以全年冷负荷为主的类型建筑。In view of the rapid development of reflective coatings, the DeST software was used to simulate the annual hourly load of office buildings using reflective coatings, and the comprehensive energy consumption characteristics of buildings were comprehensively analyzed under the effect of reflective coatings enhancing heat insulation in summer and reducing radiation heat gain in winter. The influences of different design parameters such as wall orientation and windowwall ratio on building energy consumption after using thermal reflective coating are discussed. The results show that in the cold area, the contribution of reflective coatings on the eastern, western and northern walls is larger than that on the southern wall. When the comprehensive window-wall ratio is 0.3, the energy saving effect is the best. Through the research and analysis of building energy consumption, reflective coatings have a certain energy-saving effect on office buildings, and are suitable for buildings with annual cooling load as the main type.
