摘  要:钢铁企业在“碳达峰、碳中和”背景下,余能发电机组不断提升热效率,使得区域供配电系统电源点不断增加与增容。通过钢厂区域性电网运行不稳定性因素分析,微机保护低频保护配合问题、励磁系统和调节器问题、人员干预问题已得到彻底解决。专家数据库可代替运行人员在最短时间进行数据收集、整理、分析、判断,发出极为准确的指令输出,精准控制发电机组各个控制系统,提高应对各种突发故障类型运行模式,提升孤网运行的成功率。Under the background of ’carbon peaking and carbon neutrality’, iron and steel enterprises continue to improve the thermal efficiency of their residual energy generating units, which makes the power points of the regional power supply and distribution system continue to increase and increase their capacity. Through the analysis of the instability factors of the regional power grid operation of the steel mill, the problem of low-frequency protection coordination of microcomputer protection, the problem of excitation system and regulator, and the problem of personnel intervention have been completely solved. The expert database can replace the operator to collect, organize, analyze and judge data in the shortest time, issue extremely accurate command output, precisely control each control system of the generator set, and improve the operation mode for various types of sudden failures, to improve the success rate of isolated network operation.
