摘 要:随着石油化工行业的发展,以丙烯为原料的高附加值化工产品的应用越来越广泛,丙烯也成为重要的有机石油化工原料。目前气体分馏是我国生产高纯度丙烯、综合利用炼厂液化气最常用的方法,但仍存在能耗高、回收率低等问题。为加强装置分离效果,降低能耗,文章采用Aspen Plus对气分装置丙烯塔进行模拟,分析了关键变量对分离能耗的影响,并对不同工况下的操作参数进行优化,最终用于指导装置生产,降低装置生产负荷。with the development of petrochemical industry,high value-added chemical products with propylene as raw material are more and more widely used,and propylene has also become an important organic petrochemical raw material.At present,gas fractionation is the most commonly used method for producing high-purity propylene and comprehensive utilization of refinery liquefied gas in China,but there are still some problems such as high energy consumption and low recovery rate.In order to strengthen the separation effect of the unit and reduce energy consumption,Aspen Plus is used to simulate the propylene tower of the gas separation unit,analyze the influence of key variables on the separation energy consumption,and optimize the operating parameters under different working conditions,which is finally used to guide the production of the unit and reduce the production load of the unit.
