摘　　要：详细阐述了GBW07412等标准样品前处理和标准曲线的配置过程,并对实验结果进行讨论分析,认为高含量速效钾在测定过程中选用浓度较低的梯度曲线具有更高的准确性,以期为高含量速效钾的检测提供借鉴。The pretreatment of standard samples such as GBW07412 and the configuration process of the standard curve were described in detail,and the experimental results were discussed and analyzed.The detection of the content of available potassium provides a reference.
