摘　　要：与传统工业风机不同,变频风机是利用变频驱动器改变供电频率和电压来调节风机转速,从而控制风量大小。变频风机的选用要求使用软扭转联轴器,电机功率应当与风机运行时电机所承受负荷的大小相适应,变频器应具有软启动、临界转速避开等功能。应当根据工业风机的运行环境,合理安装和使用变频器。Different from traditional industrial fans,variable frequency fans use VFD(Variable Frequency Drive)to change power frequency and voltage to adjust fan speed for controlling air volume.In selecting variable frequency fans,flexible coupling shafts are required,motor power shall accommodate to the working load of specific fans,and VFD shall has such functions as soft start up,critic speed avoiding etc.Installation and use of VFD should be made according to the operation environment of industrial fans.
