摘  要:为了获得良好的燃油系统高速电磁阀动态特性,实现其快速响应,综合考虑了电阻、电感等参数对驱动电流波形的影响,其中包括电磁阀内阻和电感、控制回路中采样电阻、线路板敷铜层电阻和电感,以及外部线缆及接插件的电阻、电感及寄生电容。在不同的电阻、电感及寄生电容条件下,通过对高速电磁阀的驱动波形进行测试,分析不同参数对电磁阀驱动的影响规律,确定了影响其响应特性的主要参数;同时,对实际工程应用中的线缆参数进行测试,验证电源线缆、驱动线缆对驱动电流波形的影响,提出电控系统设计及装机过程中线缆的选择原则,,并针对电缆布局制定相应的补偿措施。To obtain the well dynamic characteristic and realize the fast response of high-speed solenoid valve in fuel system,the key parameters that affect the control current waveform were reconsidered comprehensively,including the resistance and inductance of solenoid valve oneself,control circuit,circuit board copper layer,and the resistance,inductance and parasitic capacitance of external cable and connector. For different resistance,inductance and parasitic capacitance parameters,the driving waveform of high-speed solenoid valve was tested to analyze the influence of different parameters,and the main parameters that affect the dynamic response characteristics of the high-speed solenoid valve were determined. Meantime,the cable electrical parameters in engineering application were tested to verify the driving current waveform effect of power cable and drive cable,the cable selection rule of electronic control system during design and install was proposed,and relevant compensation scheme of electric cable distribution was determined.
