摘　　要：为解决当前水文测验到整编网络化水平不高、水文信息时效性不够的问题,开发了长江水文资料在线整编系统。该系统提供数据服务接口,将测验、整编、报汛信息连为一体,达到实时整编、服务报汛的目的。在2020年洪水测报中的应用表明:该系统具有良好的系统架构、成熟完善的算法,符合规范要求,配备的绘图功能操作简洁、功能强大,改变了水文资料整编工作方式和方法,能够实现智能推荐测次布置和测验-整编-报汛的一体化衔接。长江水文资料在线整编的开发运用,实现了按月整编,信息发布的时效性增强,对测验指导和水情报汛起到了支撑作用。In order to solve the current problems of low level of networked hydrological survey to compilation and insufficient timeliness of hydrological information provision,the online compilation system of Yangtze River hydrological data was developed.The system provides data service interface integrating survey,compilation and flood reporting information,so as to achieve the goal of real-time compilation and flood reporting.In the application of the system in flood forecasting in 2020,the online system realized the intelligent recommendation of survey arrangement and integration of survey-compilation-flood reporting.The development and application of the online compilation of hydrological data of the Yangtze River realized the monthly compilation,enhanced the timeliness of information release,and the online compilation can play a supporting role in survey guidance and flood reporting.
