摘 要:用户对地图符号表达含义的解译过程直接影响地图的认知效果,研究地图符号的认知程度可以指导地图符号的增强设计。本文从认知角度建立地图符号三元结构,根据事物特征与符号解译关系相似性将标准图示符号划分为联想型、推断型和学习型3类,通过问卷调查的方式验证各类符号的认知度差异,最后提出地图符号的增强设计方法。实验结果表明,本文提出的符号分类方法切实可行,3类符号的认知准确率呈现出明显的梯度趋势,可以确定符号阅读中的难点,进而有针对性地增强符号设计。The process of map symbols interpretation directly affects the cognitive effect of maps.The study of the cognitive degree of map symbols is conducive to enhance the design.In this paper,a ternary structure of map symbol cognition is established.According to the similarity between the characteristics of things and the relationship of symbol interpretation,the standard symbols are divided into three types:associative,inferential and learning.Then,the paper verifies whether the cognitive difference of all kinds of symbols is significant through a questionnaire survey.Finally,the enhancement design method of map symbols is proposed according to the theory and experimental results.The experimental results show that the proposed symbol classification method is feasible and the recognition accuracy of three kinds of symbols presents an obvious gradient trend.Based on this classification method,the difficulties in reading symbols can be identified and the symbol design can be enhanced pertinently.
