摘 要:为了解长江镇江和畅洲水域浮游植物群落结构及其时空特征,于2016年1月、4月、6月和10月对该水域浮游植物群落结构进行了调查。结果显示,该水域共采集浮游植物8门30科49属84种,其中硅藻门(41.67%)物种数最多,其次为绿藻门(30.95%)和蓝藻门(14.29%);浮游植物密度和生物量均值分别为184.07×10^(3) ind./L和0.1043 mg/L,其中密度主体为蓝藻门,生物量主体为硅藻门。指出,整体上长江镇江和畅洲水域浮游植物多样性较高,现存量较大,该水域可为鱼类等其他水生生物及长江江豚等重点保护对象提供丰富的饵料,是理想的栖息及繁育场所。To understand the community structure and temporal and spatial pattern of phytoplankton in Hechangzhou water,Zhenjiang section of Yangtze River,a field investigation of phytoplankton was conducted in Hechangzhou water in January,April,June and October 2016.The results showed that a total of 84 species belonging to 49 genera,30 families and 8 phyla of phytoplankton were conducted in this water area,among which Bacillariophyta(41.67)was the most species,followed by Chlorophyta(30.95%)and Cyanophyta(14.29);The mean values of phytoplankton density and biomass were 184.07×10^(3) ind./L and 0.1043 mg/L respectively,in which the main body of density was Cyanophyta and the main body of biomass was Bacillariophyta.Across the board,the diversity of phytoplankton was higher and the standing stock was larger in Hechangzhou water,Zhenjaing section of Yangtze River.It can provide rich bait for fish and other aquatic organisms and key protected objects such as the Neophocaena asiaeorientalis.It is an ideal habitat and breeding places.
