摘  要:对不同规格小龙虾春季早苗应对温度骤降的能力进行了相关研究。结果表明,秋冬时节培育的小龙虾苗种对温度骤变(寒潮和倒春寒)具有一定的适应性。当水温变化超过5℃时,对个体存活率无显著影响;但当温度骤然降至0℃,水体表层出现浮冰时,呈现出苗种规格越大(≥2 g)、病死率越高的趋势。指出,水体加入一定量维生素C后,苗种的存活率得到显著提升。In this paper, the ability of early spring seedlings of crayfish with different sizes to cope with sudden temperature drop was studied. The results showed that the crayfish seedlings cultivated in autumn and winter had certain adaptability to sudden temperature changes(cold wave and late spring cold). When the water temperature changed above 5 ℃, the individual survival rate had no significant effect. However, when the temperature suddenly dropped to 0 ℃ and floating ice appeared on the surface of the water, the seedling size crayfish(≥2 g)had the higher mortality. When adding a certain amount of vitamin C(Vc) to the water, its survival rate was sig nificantly increased.
