摘　　要：本篇文章介绍了一些操作系统的原理,然后对其进行适当的调整使其能够使用在解决交通拥堵问题上面,然后通过C语言对问题进行实现。This article introduces the principles of some operating systems,and then adjusts them appropriately so that they can be used to solve the traffic congestion problem,and then realizes the problem through THE C language.
