摘  要:目的:研究系统营养联合节律运动对运动系统疾病风险人群干预效果及可能的肝代谢调控生理机制。方法:依据本中心日常健康预警筛选肝代谢异常(肝脏纤维化或脂肪肝风险)同时伴随运动系统风险人群160名受试者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组80人。对照组不做任何干预,实验组每天进行系统营养和节律运动的联合干预,连续干预3个月。干预前后采用超声骨密度检测技术对受试者的骨密度进行检测,采用生物电全身扫描系统对受试者的左右髋膝关节活性、肝脏区域生物活性进行检测,利用受控衰减参数理论技术来评估肝组织的脂肪变数值及利用瞬时弹性成像技术来评估肝脏的硬度值,利用自动荧光检测技术检测糖基化终产物(AGEs)数值。结果:干预3个月后的实验组的骨密度T值、左右髋膝关节活性、肝脏器官活性、肝脏脂肪衰减度及肝脏硬度、糖基化终产物(AGEs)数值等各项指标与干预后对照组及实验组干预前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:系统营养联合节律运动能显著改善受试者骨密度及髋膝关节功能,肝脏可能通过抑制糖基化终产物(AGEs)生成进而达到对运动系统疾病风险的调节。[Objective]To investigate the combined effect and possible liver metabolism of rhythmic exercise and systemic nutrition on people with abnormal metabolism of motor system.MethodTotally 160 subjects with risk of motor system and abnormal liver metabolism(liver fibrosis or fatty liver risk)were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 80 subjects in each group.The control group didn't do any intervention.The experimental group received the combined intervention of rhythmic exercise and systemic nutrition for 90 days.Bone mineral density(BMD)of the subjects was measured by ultrasonic bone density.Bilateral hip and knee activity,liver organ activity were measured by the bioelectric body scanning system,the steatosis value of liver tissue was evaluated by using the theory of controlled attenuation parameters and the hardness value of liver was evaluated by using instantaneous elastography,and the advanced glycation end products(AGEs)were measured by automatic fluorescence detection.ResultThree months after intervention,compared with the control group and before intervention,the BMDTs,the feature values of hip and knee,the feature values of liver organ activity,numeric value of AGEs,liver fat attenuation and liver hardness of intervention group were significantly improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of rhythmic exercise and systemic nutrition show an evident effect on improving the bone mineral density and Hip and knee function,and the liver may regulate the risk of motor diseases by inhibiting the advanced glycation end products(AGEs).
