摘　　要：目的:评估急性心肌梗死患者营养风险发生情况,分析其发生营养风险的危险因素。方法:收集2019年12月—2021年12月首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院急诊科就诊的113例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象。采用营养风险筛查2002(NRS 2002)量表进行患者营养风险筛查,通过病历系统收集患者疾病相关信息和一般情况。结果:急性心肌梗死患者NRS 2002评分<3分的患者有79例,≥3分共34例,患者营养风险发生率为30.09%。多元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥60岁、文化程度低、家庭月均收入<3000元、患有糖尿病、不经常锻炼身体是急性心肌梗死患者存在营养风险的危险因素。结论:急性心肌梗死患者营养风险发生率较高,对年龄≥60岁、文化程度低、家庭月均收入<3000元、患有糖尿病、不经常锻炼身体的急性心肌梗死患者要尽早评估其营养风险。[Objective]To assess the occurrence of nutritional risk in patients with acute myocardial infarction and to analyze the risk factors for the occurrence of nutritional risk.MethodTotally 113 patients with acute myocardial infarction who attended the emergency department from December 2019 to December 2021 were collected for the study.Patients were screened for nutritional risk using the nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS 2002)scale,and disease-related information and general information were collected through the medical record system.ResultThere were 79 patients with NRS 2002 scores<3 in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and a total of 34 patients with scores≥3.The incidence of nutritional risk in patients was 30.09%.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years,low education level,average monthly household income<3000 yuan,having diabetes,and infrequent physical exercise were risk factors for the presence of nutritional risk in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Conclusion Patients with acute myocardial infarction have a high incidence of nutritional risk,so it is important to assess the nutritional risk of patients with acute myocardial infarction who are≥60 years old,have low education level,average monthly household income<3000 yuan,have diabetes and do not exercise regularly,and to perform nutritional intervention early to reduce mortality and improve prognosis.
