摘  要:为改善开级配排水式磨耗层OGFC沥青路面耐久性能,降低对进口高粘沥青的依赖,选用氧化石墨烯及竹纤维对沥青进行复合改性,并进行沥青胶浆相关黏度试验及沥青混合料路用性能研究,以评价复合改性沥青替代TPS高粘沥青的可能性。选用工程上常用的OGFC-13矿料级配展开研究,通过对不同复合改性沥青及TPS高粘沥青进行相关黏度试验得出,GO及竹纤维复合改性沥青具有替代TPS高粘沥青的潜质。通过配合比设计及相关路用性能研究得出,竹纤维的最佳掺量为0.3%;GO及竹纤维的掺入均能改善OGFC-13混合料的高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂及抗水损害能力;而对抗滑及排水性能影响不大,综合考虑70^(#)+0.05%GO+0.3%竹纤维、SBS+0.2%GO、SBS+0.2%GO+0.3%竹纤维此3种复合改性OGFC-13混合料的整体路用性能优于TPS高粘沥青混合料。In order to improve the durability of OGFC asphalt pavement with open graded drainage wearing course and reduce the dependence on imported high viscosity asphalt,graphene oxide and bamboo fiber are selected for composite modification of asphalt,and asphalt mortar related viscosity test and asphalt mixture pavement performance are studied to evaluate the possibility of composite modified asphalt replacing TPS high viscosity asphalt.The OGFC-13 mineral aggregate gradation commonly used in engineering is selected for research.Through the relevant viscosity tests of different composite modified asphalt and TPS high viscosity asphalt,it is concluded that GO and bamboo fiber composite modified asphalt have the potential to replace TPS high viscosity asphalt.Through the mix proportion design and related road performance research,the optimum content of bamboo fiber is 0.3%.The addition of GO and bamboo fiber can improve the high-temperature rutting resistance,low-temperature cracking resistance and water damage resistance of OGFC-13 mixture,but has little effect on the skid resistance and drainage performance.Considering 70^(#)+0.05%GO+0.3%bamboo fiber,SBS+0.2%GO,SBS+0.2%GO+0.3%bamboo fiber,the overall road performance of OGFC-13 mixture is better than TPS high viscosity asphalt mixture.
