摘　　要：目的 探讨解脲脲原体(Uu)感染对精子主要参数和精子DNA碎片率(DFI)的影响。方法 选取2021年1~8月九江市妇幼保健院男科收治的男性不育患者758例,根据患者是否感染Uu将其分为男性不育无Uu感染组(A组)和男性不育伴Uu感染组(B组,10;copies/ml),另选取412名已生育的男性健康体检者(C组),用PCR仪定量检测Uu含量,用染色质扩散法检测DFI,同时以精子质量检测分析系统(CASA)对精液的相关参数进行分析处理。结果 A组的精液p H值、精子浓度、DFI与B组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);A组的精子活力显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论 男性生殖道Uu感染会对患者精液质量造成影响,主要方面为抑制精子活力,从而导致男性不育症的发生,因此临床需要给予更多的关注,并及早处理,从而早日帮助患者获得子代。Objective To investigate the effects of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)infection on major semen parameters and sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI).Methods A total of 758 male infertility patients received in the Department of Andrology of Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Jiangxi Province from January to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to whether the patients developed Uu infection,they were divided into two groups:the male infertility group without Uu infection(group A)and the male infertility group with Uu infection(group B,10~4copies/ml).And other 412 healthy males(group C)who underwent physical examination and had children were selected.The content of Uu was quantitatively measured by a PCR instrument,DFI was detected by chromatin dispersion assay,and semen related parameters were analyzed by the computer-assisted sperm analysis(CASA)system.Results There were no statistically significant differences in semen p H,sperm concentration and DFI between the group A and the group B(all P>0.05).The sperm motility in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Uu infection in the male reproductive tract will affect the semen quality of patients,which manifests as the inhibition of sperm motility,and thus it will lead to the occurrence of male infertility.Therefore,more attention and early treatment are needed in clinic,so as to help patients obtain offspring as soon as possible.
