针灸配合当归芍药散加味治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 研究针灸结合当归芍药散加味治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年2月~2021年1月山东省莱州市中医医院收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者86例,按不同治疗方法分为试验组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组采用针灸治疗,试验组采用针灸配合当归芍药散治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、颈椎恢复、疼痛、颈椎功能障碍指数、中医证候积分及睡眠质量。结果 试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组CASS评分[(92.01±11.59)分]显著高于对照组,VAS评分[(1.94±0.37)分]、中医证候评分[(6.19±2.14)分]、NDI颈椎功能障碍指数[(7.83±1.90)分]显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的睡眠效率[(1.67±0.32)分]、睡眠时间[(1.32±0.37)分]和睡眠质量[(1.72±0.33)分]评分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用针灸联合当归芍药散能有效缓解症状、颈椎功能及睡眠质量。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods A total of 86 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to treatment method, the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder. The clinical efficacy, cervical recovery, pain, neck disability index(NDI), traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score and sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS) score [(92.01±11.59) points] in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The visual analog scale(VAS) score [(1.94 ±0.37) points], TCM syndrome score [(6.19±2.14) points] and NDI [(7.83±1.90) points] in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of sleep efficiency [(1.67±0.32) points], sleep time[(1.32±0.37) points] and sleep quality [(1.72±0.33) points] in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, cervical vertebra function and sleep quality of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis. It shows definite efficacy and is worthy of recommendation.
