补中益气汤对ICU术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨补中益气汤对ICU术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法 选择2019年10月~2020年10月浙江省台州医院重症医学科术后化疗患者60例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各30例。两组术后均给予化疗治疗。研究组在此基础上给予补中益气汤治疗。比较两组治疗后中医证候症状、细胞免疫指标、体液免疫指标、白细胞计数、PLT水平及不良反应。结果 两组治疗后中医证候主证积分以及总分均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候主证积分及总分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后IgG水平较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后IgG水平显著低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后白细胞水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后白细胞计数低于治疗前及研究组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后PLT计数显著低于治疗前及研究组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组恶心呕吐、白细胞计数减少、血小板减少、肝功能受损的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU术后化疗患者采用补中益气汤治疗,可显著改善症状,减少不良反应,提高免疫力。Objective To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on immune function of postoperative chemotherapy patients in ICU. Methods A total of 60 patients with postoperative chemotherapy in ICU of Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University from October2019 to 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group. Both groups were treated with chemotherapy after operation. On this basis, the study group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. The TCM syndrome symptoms, cellular immune indexes, humoral immune indexes, leukocyte level, PLT level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The main syndrome score and total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment, the main syndrome score and total score of TCM syndrome in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The level of IgG in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05);The IgG level in the control group was significantly lower than that in the study group(P<0.05). There were no significant changes in CD3^(+), CD4^(+)/CD8^(+), CD4^(+),CD8^(+) between the two groups after treatment, and there was no significant difference compared with that before treatment(P>0.05). The level of leukocytes in the study group after treatment was lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);The level of leukocytes in the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment and after treatment in the study group(P<0.05);The PLT level in the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment and after treatment in the study group(P<0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting, leukopenia,thrombocytopenia and liver function impairment in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).
