护理干预对宫颈癌根治术后患者泌尿系统并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析宫颈癌根治术患者应用护理干预措施改善预后的作用。方法 选择2019年2月至2021年2月收治的宫颈癌根治术患者108例,遵循自愿参与及同意知情原则,数字随机表法分为常规组(常规普通护理)和研究组(综合护理干预),每组54例。比较2组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑评量表(SAS),生活质量和患者满意度及并发症情况。结果 研究组术后总并发症为9.26%明显少于常规组的16.67%(P<0.05);研究组SDS评分、SAS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 宫颈癌根治术患者临床治疗期间落实护理干预措施配合,进一步减少术后并发症,减轻患者负面情绪,促使其生活质量改善,且赢得患者满意,应用前景广阔,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention in improving the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer after radical operation.To compare the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),quality of life,patient satisfaction and the complications in two groups.Methods A total of 108 patients with cervical cancer who underwent radical surgery in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 54 cases in each group.The patients control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however,the patients in research group were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention.Results The incidence rates of postoperative complications in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the SDS depression scores and SAS mental scores in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the satisfaction degree of patients and life quality scores in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications of patients with cervical cancer after radical operation,which can relieve the negative emotions and improve the life quality of patients,therefore,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
