基于五运六气理论治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染验案举隅

摘　　要：小儿乃稚阴稚阳之体,脏气轻灵,少七情之害,较之成人于天地间易受运气变化之影响,“得其有余、不足之偏则致病”。根据五运六气思路辨证论治,中病即止,注重脾胃养护,避免食复、劳复和药复,疗效更佳。笔者跟随龙砂医学流派代表性传承人顾植山教授学习五运六气理论,通过3个病案阐述将其应用于临床的体会和心得。Children are the juvenile Yin and Yang body,organs and light spirit,and less than the harm of seven emotions;the children will be more affected by the change of Yunqi compared with adults in the heaven and earth,"get more than enough,insufficient partial disease".The syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the idea of five movements and six Qi can stop disease progression as soon as possible,and the curative effect is better when paying attention to spleen and stomach maintenance,avoiding disease recurrence due to food,fatigue and drugs.The author follows professor Gu Zhishan,the representative inheritor of Longsha medical school,to study the five movements and six Qi theory,and expounds its application experience in clinic through three medical records.
