摘  要:为了实现乙醇-异丙醇混合液中乙醇和异丙醇的回收再利用,以二甲基亚砜为萃取剂,对乙醇-异丙醇混合液进行了间歇萃取精馏实验研究,得出了主要实验参数(萃取剂加入的流速和回流比)与分离效果之间的关系:当回流比不变时,随着萃取剂加入流速的增加,乙醇-异丙醇混合物的分离效果增大;当萃取剂加入流速不变时,随着回流比的增加,乙醇-异丙醇混合物的分离效果增大。但是增加流速或者回流比,意味着同时增加了能耗,因此,实际工业生产中要根据现实情况,选择合适的工艺参数。In order to realize the recovery and reuse of ethanol and isopropanol in the mixture of ethanol and isopropanol,the batch extractive distillation experiment of ethanol isopropanol mixture was carried out with dimethyl sulfoxide as extractant,and the relationship between the main experimental parameters(flow rate and reflux ratio of extractant)and the separation effect was obtained:when the reflux ratio remained unchanged,with the increase of flow rate of extractant,The separation effect of ethanol isopropanol mixture increased;When the flow rate of extractant is constant,the separation effect of ethanol isopropanol mixture increases with the increase of reflux ratio.However,increasing the flow rate or reflux ratio means increasing the energy consumption at the same time.Therefore,in the actual industrial production,the appropriate process parameters should be selected according to the actual situation.
