摘　　要：分析了环己烷氧化法生产环己酮过程中皂化废碱液蒸发工艺存在的问题,提出了优化与改进措施以抑制蒸发器列管结垢,延长运行周期,节约能源。The problems existing in the evaporation process of saponification waste alkali liquor in the process of producing cyclohexanone by cyclohexane oxidation are analyzed,and optimization and improvement measures are proposed to suppress the scaling of evaporator tubes,prolong the operation period and save energy.
