摘  要:为了使列管式换热器装置安全、高效、平稳运行,通过查找各个设备的故障问题记录等资料以及总结在实践过程中积累的生产设备运行管理等经验,可以得出一些关于管式换热器泄漏等故障问题的原因以及相关的结论,影响装置长周期运行的主要因素是冷交换设备的损坏。从设计、制造和使用三个方面对影响管式换热器管束寿命的因素进行细致的分析和总结。对可能发生泄漏的部位也进行了相关的阐述。同时也简要介绍了关于管式换热设备各方面质量控制的措施,即设计、制造和使用等环节的质量把控。除此之外还针对换热器的使用以及对换热器的结构、工作原理进行了阐述和重点说明,并对换热器在实际生产运行过程中可能发生的泄漏位置及泄漏原因进行了分析和总结,最后还提出了处理换热器泄漏的方法和预防措施以及最终的技术改进方案。In order to make the tubular heat exchanger device operate safely,efficiently and stably,by searching the fault records of various equipment and summarizing the experience of production equipment operation management accumulated in the process of practice,we can finally draw some reasons and relevant conclusions about the fault problems such as leakage of tubular heat exchanger,The main factor affecting the long-term operation of the unit is the damage of the cold exchange equipment.The factors affecting the tube bundle life of tubular heat exchanger are analyzed and summarized from three aspects of design,manufacture and use.The main possible leakage parts are also described.At the same time,it briefly introduces the quality control measures for the design and use of the heat exchange tube.In addition,this paper mainly expounds and focuses on the use of the heat exchanger and the structure and working principle of the heat exchanger,analyzes and summarizes the possible leakage positions and causes of the heat exchanger in the actual production and operation process,and finally puts forward the methods and preventive measures to deal with the leakage of the heat exchanger and the final technical improvement scheme.
