摘　　要：国内外研究揭示了市场与技术对垃圾分类模式的形成具有重要影响,以市场与技术为维度可将垃圾分类模式划分为“传统型”“市场主导型”“技术主导型”“市场与技术共同发展型”等四种类型。H市的四个典型案例反映了市场与技术的不同组合是如何形塑四类垃圾分类模式的。新近的实践表明,构建在“互联网+”等市场机制与新兴技术上的新模式有着更好的社会效益和经济效益以及可持续性。未来将会有更多的高科技应用于垃圾分类领域,同时在大力发展循环经济的政策导向下垃圾分类的市场化程度也会越来越高。Domestic and international research reveals the important influence of technology and markets on the formation of waste classification mode.The waste classification mode can be divided into four types including“traditional”“market-led”“technology-led”and“market and technology co-development”,using technology and market as dividing dimensions.Four typical cases from City H reflect how different combinations of technology and markets have shaped four types of waste classification modes.Recent practice shows that the greater socioeconomic benefits and sustainability could be achieved by the modes empowered by the emerging technology of“internet plus”and efficient market system.In the future,there will be more high-tech applications in the field of waste classification,and the marketization of waste classification will get increasingly high under the policy guidance of vigorously developing circular economy.
