摘 要:分布式能源系统具有高效、可靠、经济、环保等优势,可同时满足用户的冷、热、电需求。因其系统内部能量流耦合复杂,导致设计时能源站选址和管网规划困难。为解决这一问题,采用维诺图和综合能源负荷矩交替迭代的方法,确定能源站选址及所辖供能区域;考虑站内各类能源设备运行特点,基于“以电定热”(FEL)和“以热定电”(FTL)2种基本运行策略,开展站内能源系统设备容量优化研究,得到系统最佳运行模式;从多能源站协调的角度,建立区域电力-热力互联管线传输模型以解决站间能量调度管理的难题。对北京市某近零能耗社区的8种典型场景进行分析,年总成本降低334万元,经济效益提高3.9%,验证了本方案的有效性。Distributed energy system has the advantages of high efficiency,reliability,economy and environmental protection,and can simultaneously meet the needs of users for cold,heat and electricity.Because of the complex coupling of energy flow in the system,it is difficult to site selection and pipe network planning during design.In order to solve this problem,the method of alternating iteration of venot diagram and comprehensive energy load moment is used to determine the site selection and power supply area of the power station.Considering the operation characteristics of all kinds of energy equipment in the station,based on the two basic operation strategies of“heat determined by electricity”(FEL)and“power determined by heat”(FTL),the capacity optimization of energy system equipment in the station was studied to obtain the optimal operation mode of the system.From the perspective of multi-power station coordination,a regional power-heat interconnection pipeline transmission model is established to solve the problem of inter-station energy scheduling and management.Eight typical scenarios of a near-zero energy consumption community in Beijing were analyzed.The annual total cost reduced by 344000 yuan and the economic benefit increased by 3.9%,which verified the effectiveness of the scheme.
