摘 要:在“碳达峰、碳中和”的时代大背景下,为实现煤炭的清洁高效利用,满足人民生产生活中的能源需求,煤基多联供系统将发挥关键作用。基于自主研发的TPIS软件平台,对工业锅炉、背压式汽轮机和吸收式制冷机/热泵等关键设备进行了建模,并对多种典型多联供系统进行了模型搭建和对比分析。结果表明:煤基热电联供系统的供热煤耗率明显低于单独供热,其中采用单效吸收式热泵的方案煤耗率最低;煤基冷电联供系统性能劣于独立的压缩式制冷机,但冷电联供作为冷热电联供的一部分或考虑其他可利用的余热时,仍然具有综合优势;随着汽轮机进汽温度和压力的升高,热电联供系统和冷电联供系统的煤耗率均呈下降趋势。本文详细讨论了煤基多联供系统的优势和不足,并给出了推荐的工程方案,具有较高的工程意义和实践价值。Under the background of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,coal-based poly-generation system will play a key role in achieving efficient and clean utilization of coal and meet people’s energy demand in production and life.Based on the self-designed TPIS software platform,the models of key equipments,such as industrial boiler,back-pressure steam turbine,and absorption chiller/heat pump,are established.Moreover,various coal-based poly-generation systems’models are built and compared.The results show that,the coal consumption rate for heat supply of the combined heating and power system is significantly lower than that of the single boiler.The coal consumption rate of the scheme containing the single-effect absorption heat pump is the lowest.The performance of the combined cooling and power system is inferior to the standalone compression chiller.But it still has comprehensive advantages as part of combined cooling,heating and power system or considering the available waste heat.With the increment of the inlet temperature and inlet pressure of the steam turbine,the coal consumption rate of both the combined heating and power system and the combined cooling and power system shows a downward trend.The advantages and disadvantages of the coal-based poly-generation systems are discussed in detail,and the optimal engineering scheme is recommended,which has great engineering significance and high practical value.
