摘  要:作为全国首个以高钾氯含量秸秆为主要原料的生物质气化耦合发电项目,某10.8 MW生物质气化耦合燃煤发电厂成功实现未成型复杂多变特性农林废弃物的大型工业混合气化。为探究不同气化温度对大型农林废弃物循环流化床气化装置性能的影响,该电厂开展了额定负荷下50%稻壳-50%林业废弃物为燃料的性能测试试验。结果表明:当气化温度从700℃升至750℃时,可燃气组分体积分数和混合生物质气化后的湿燃气低位热值均先增加后减小;气化燃气中焦油质量浓度有微小上升,气化效率和气化热效率不断增加;750℃时,气化效率和气化热效率达到最大,分别为70.16%和89.16%。研究结果可为大型工业气化装置混合气化的优化运行提供一定的数据支持。As the first biomass gasification coupling power generation project in China using straw with high potassium and chlorine content as the main raw material,a 10.8 MW biomass gasification coupled coal-fired power plant has successfully realized large-scale industrial co-gasification of agricultural and forestry waste with unformed,complex and variable characteristics.In order to investigate the effects of different gasification temperatures on performance of the large-scale agricultural and forestry waste-based circulating fluidized bed gasification device,experiments with 50%rice husk-50%forestry waste as the fuel based on rated load were carried out in the power plant.It was found that,when the temperature rose from 700℃to 750℃,the volume fraction of combustible components and low calorific value of wet gas produced by mixed biomass gasification both had an increasing-decreasing trend.The tar mass concentration in gasification gas increased slightly with the temperature.The gasification efficiency and gasification thermal efficiency increased,and the maximum gasification efficiency and gasification thermal efficiency reached 70.16%and 89.16%at 750℃.The research provides some data support for optimal operation of biomass co-gasification in large-scale industrial gasification device.
