摘  要:集成后处理功能的烟气换热器是实现内燃机余热回收小型轻量化的重要途径。针对壁流式柴油颗粒捕集器与板翅式烟气换热器,提出集成颗粒捕集-换热功能的多种过滤型烟气侧结构;使用计算流体力学模拟,分析不同结构在高、中、低流量3组工况下的流动与传热性能。结果表明:颗粒捕集-换热集成结构具有良好的流动换热性能,并具有显著的小型化优势,相较于原系统体积减小43.9%~49.7%;本文结构中,方形多孔壁面的烟气压降较小,W形多孔壁面在质量流量较低工况具有更好的换热性能,而方形多孔壁面在质量流量较高的工况下具有更好的换热性能;在金属隔板处合理布置多孔介质有利于强化换热性能。Exhaust heat exchanger integrated with function of aftertreatment is very important to realize miniaturization and lightweighting of waste heat recovery in vehicle internal combustion engine.Against wall flow diesel particulate filter and plate-fin heat exchanger,various filtered gas side structures integrated particle filtration and heat transfer functions are proposed.Computational fluid dynamics was used to simulate the flow and heat transfer of heat exchanger with different structures under three conditions.The results show that,the gas side structure integrated with heat exchange and particle capture has good thermal-hydraulics performance and significant volume advantages.Compared with the original system,the volume of the integrated system reduces by 43.9%~49.7%.Among the proposed structures,the square porous wall surface has smaller gas pressure drop,the W-shaped porous walls exhibit better heat transfer performance at lower mass flow rates,while the square porous walls perform better in heat transfer at higher mass flow rates.Reasonable arrangement of porous medium at the metal partition is conducive to enhancing the heat transfer performance.
