摘　　要：目的:了解目前市场上合成树脂牙产品总体硬度情况,为临床修复牙列缺损缺失时人工牙的选择提供理论基础,以及为标准的制修定提供必要的基础性研究。方法:选取抽检的24个树脂牙产品,采用显微维氏硬度计进行硬度测试。结果:24个树脂牙硬度范围在18.3HV0.05~32.4HV0.05。结论:市面上大部分树脂牙的硬度集中在20 HV0.05上下,不同品牌不同型号之间有差异;采用显微维氏硬度进行树脂牙硬度测试具有可行性。Objective:To investigate the hardness of resin teeth on the market,and to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of artificial teeth in the clinical restoration,as well as the necessary basic research for standard modification.Methods:We selected 24 resin teeth,tested them by micro Vickers hardness tester.Results:The hardness of 24 resin teeth ranged from 18.3 HV0.05 to 32.4 HV0.05.Conclusion:The hardness of most resin teeth on the market is about 20HV0.05,and there are differences between different brands and models.It is feasible to use micro Vickers hardness to test the hardness of resin teeth.
