摘　　要：目的:追踪分析手术器材全自动机械喷淋清洗质量不合格的原因,寻求提高手术器材清洗质量合格率的更有效措施。方法:将2020年5月~2021年11月在本院消毒供应中心经喷淋清洗后产生的1385件(64锅次)手术器材清洗质量不合格记录作为研究样本,采用清洗质量不合格类型分类、清洗质量不合格发生批次分类和清洗质量不合格锅次的洗消用水质量追溯等方法,对比分析手术器材清洗质量不合格的规律和主要构成。结果:手术器材清洗质量不合格的主要类型是水垢(水斑)残留(≥96.00%);手术器材清洗质量不合格的发生具有批量性,器材清洗质量不合格数>10件的有49锅次(占不合格器材总数的95.09%),且全部为软化水质量不合格。结论:软化水质量是手术器材喷淋清洗质量不合格的主要影响因素,合格软化水中含有活性金属离子基团(也称“表面活性剂”),具备较强的碾磨去除无机污染物的能力,在清洗过程中协同清洁剂和机械冲击力可增强对手术器材上有机污染物和无机污染物的去除能力,使器材清洗后不仅干净,而且光亮如新。Objective:A Causes of unqualified cleaning quality of surgical instruments by automatic mechanical spraying were analyzed,and the more effective measures to improve the cleaning quality of surgical instruments were sought.Methods:The records of unqualified cleaning quality of 1385 pieces(64 pots)of surgical equipment generated after spray cleaning in the disinfection supply center of our hospital from May 2020 to November 2021 were used as research samples,and the types of unqualified cleaning quality were used to classify,batch classification of unqualified cleaning quality,and traceability of decontamination water quality for unqualified cleaning quality,comparative analysis of the rules and main components of unqualified cleaning quality of surgical equipment.Results:The main type of unqualified surgical equipment cleaning quality was scale(water spot)residue(≥96.00%);The occurrence of unqualified surgical equipment cleaning quality was in batches,and the number of unqualified equipment cleaning quality>10 pieces had 49 pot times(accounting for 95.09%of the total number of unqualified equipment),and all of them are unqualified softened water quality.Conclusion:Quality of softened water is the main factor affecting the unqualified quality of spray cleaning of surgical instruments.The qualified softened water contains active metal ion groups(also called“Surfactant”)and has strong ability of grinding to remove inorganic pollutants,the synergistic cleaning agent and mechanical impact force during the cleaning process can enhance the removal ability of organic and inorganic pollutants on the surgical instruments,and make the instruments not only clean,but also bright.
