摘 要:目的:检测一种便携式主动加温加湿呼吸过滤器的气道湿化效率。方法:便携式主动加温加湿呼吸过滤器作为观察组,被动加温加湿呼吸过滤器作为对照组,测量观察组、对照组及未使用过滤器组模拟通气时距人工气道入口8cm、37cm处的温度及湿度。结果:观察组在两处测量的最低温度、最低湿度、最高温度、最高湿度、平均温度、平均湿度均有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:主动加温加湿呼吸过滤器在不增加过滤器体积的情况下明显提升人工气道的湿化效率。Objective:To test the effect of a portable active heating and humidifying respiratory filter.Methods:The portable active heating and humidification respiratory filter was used as the experimental group and the Heat and Moisture Exchanger was used as the control group.The temperature and humidity at 8cm and 37cm away from the artificial airway inlet during ventilation in the experimental group,control group and unused group were measured.Results:The lowest temperature,lowest humidity,highest temperature,highest humidity,average temperature and average humidity measured at two places in the observation group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Portable active heating and humidification respiratory filter can significantly improve the humidification efficiency of artificial airway without increasing the filter volume.
