摘　　要：2型糖尿病是临床常见的慢性疾病,糖尿病足为其发生率较高的并发症,糖尿病足的发生对患者的健康和生活品质会造成巨大影响。血管内皮功能障碍为造成患者疾病发生以及发展的重要始动性因素,因此,选择一类有效的方式来全面测定患者的血管内皮功能意义重大。超声为一种诊断血管内皮病变的有效方法,结合实际情况,全面分析超声评价糖尿病足患者的血管内皮舒张功能策略情况,旨在为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。Type 2 diabetes mellitus is common in clinic.Diabetic foot is a kind of complication with high incidence.The onset of the disease can have a huge impact on the quality of life of the patient.Vascular endothelial dysfunction is an important initiating factor for the occurrence and development of disease in patients.It is not difficult to see that it is of great significance to select an effective way to comprehensively measure vascular endothelial function in patients.Superbirth is an effective method for diagnosis of vascular endothelial lesions.Combined with the actual situation,this paper comprehensively analyzed the strategy of ultrasonic evaluation of vascular endothelial dilation function in patients with diabetic foot,aiming to provide references for the research work of related personnel.
