摘　　要：胎心监护是指对胎儿的心跳情况进行检测,以分析评估胎儿是否存在缺氧症状。若有缺氧症状,则需对导致胎儿缺氧的主要因素进行进一步检查、诊断,以确保存在相关妊娠问题的孕妇能得到及时有效且有针对性的救治。以提升优生优育率,确保新生儿能有健康的身体、正常的生长发育状态,有效提升胎儿出生后的生存率,进一步改善母婴结局。Fetal heart rate monitoring,as the name implies,refers to the detection of the fetus’s heartbeat to analyze and evaluate whether the fetus has hypoxia symptoms.If there are hypoxia symptoms,further examination and diagnosis of the main factors leading to fetal hypoxia are required to ensure pregnant women with related pregnancy problems can receive timely,effective and targeted treatment to improve the prenatal and postnatal care rate,ensure that the newborns can have a healthy body and normal growth and development,effectively increase the survival rate of the fetus after birth,and further improve the mother’s baby ending.
