摘　　要：目的:研究分析阴-腹联合超声诊断异位妊娠的声像特征及应用,以供参考。方法:纳入2019年5月~2021年5月本院收治的60例疑似异位妊娠患者为研究对象。所有患者均接受单独经腹部彩色多普勒检查、单独经阴道彩色多普勒检查以及两者联合检查,并以病理活检作为金标准,将三组结果与病理活检结果相比较,对比三种检查方法的疾病检出率。结果:阴-腹联合超声的疾病检出率明显高于单独使用经腹部彩色多普勒和经阴道彩色多普勒,两组数据之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过研究发现,在异位妊娠患者的诊断方面,阴-腹联合超声的诊断效果明显优于两种方式单独使用,可以及时将疾病的发展情况反馈给临床医生,辅助其做出进一步的治疗方案。Objective: To study and analyze the sonographic characteristics and application of combined vaginal-abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy for reference. Methods: The subjects of this study were 60 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy in our hospital. All patients were admitted between May 2019 and May 2021. All patients received a single abdominal color Doppler examination and a single transvaginal examination. Color Doppler examination and the combined examination of the two, and pathological biopsy as the gold standard, compare the results of these three groups with the results of pathological biopsy, and compare the disease detection rates of the three inspection methods. Results: The disease detection rate of combined vaginalabdominal ultrasound was significantly higher than that of transabdominal color Doppler and transvaginal color Doppler alone, and the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Through research, it is found that in the diagnosis of patients with ectopic pregnancy, the diagnostic effect of vaginal-abdominal ultrasound is significantly better than that of the two methods alone. It can timely feed back the development of the disease to the clinician and assist them in making further progress.
