糖脉康颗粒与二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖脉康颗粒联合二甲双胍治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:选取医院门诊及病房的100例血糖控制不佳的气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者,随机法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组患者予以健康教育、饮食控制及二甲双胍单独治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加以糖脉康颗粒治疗,分别比较两组临床治疗疗效、并发症发生率、治疗前后血糖指标及总胆固醇变化。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);较治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TC均低于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组患者FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TC下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后并发症发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:与二甲双胍单独治疗相比,糖脉康颗粒联合二甲双胍治疗血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效更为显著,可改善患者临床症状,降低血糖指标,控制血脂,减少并发症发生,值得临床推广。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Tangmaikang granule combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods:Selected 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor blood sugar control in the outpatient department and ward of hospital,and randomly divided them into the control group(n=50)and the observation group.Group(n=50),the control group was given health education,diet control and metformin alone,and the observation group was given Tangmaikang granule treatment on the basis of the control group.indicators and changes in total cholesterol.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c and TC of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);and the observation group The decrease of FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c and TC was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the control group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with metformin alone,Tangmaikang granules combined with metformin has more significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor blood sugar control.Further clinical promotion.
