摘  要:目的:观察PFNA与Inter Tan在老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的疗效。方法:对行手术治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者按内固定方式进行回顾性分析,根据纳入和排除标准选取有完整随访资料的60例患者作为研究对象,应用Inter Tan髓内钉治疗的30例患者作为对照组,PFNA治疗的30例患者作为观察组,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后定期复查X片观察骨折愈合情况及末次随访髋关节Harris功能评分。结果:观察组患者在手术时间和术中出血量方面均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者病例骨折愈合时间及在末次随访时髋关节Harris功能评分方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PFNA在老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术中相比Inter Tan髓内钉具有操作简便省时、出血少、骨折愈合满意的优势,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the efficacy of PFNA and Inter Tan in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Methods:The elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture who underwent surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed according to the internal fixation method.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 cases with complete follow-up data were selected.30 cases treated with inter Tan intramedullary nail were used as the control group and 30 cases treated with PFNA were used as the observation group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and X-rays were rechecked regularly after operation to observe the fracture healing and Harris function score of hip joint in the last follow-up.Results:The operation time and intraoperative bleeding in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in fracture healing time and Harris function score of hip joint at the last follow-up between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with inter Tan intramedullary nail,PFNA has the advantages of simple operation,time-saving,less bleeding and satisfactory fracture healing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
