“互联网+”的翻转课堂在生殖医学规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂在生殖医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法:将2021年1月-6月在某医院生殖与遗传分院接受规范化培训的40名学员随机分组,每组20名学员。对照组采用常规教学法,观察组采用基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂教学法,通过问卷调查评价学生对教学的满意度,并对学生进行理论考试和技能考核。结果:基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂教学组学员理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩及学员对教学的满意度均显著高于常规教学组(P<0.05)。结论:基于“互联网+”的翻转课堂在生殖医学教学中具有较好的效果,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application of the Internet Plus-based flipped classroom in standardized training of reproductive medicine residents.Methods:40 students receiving standardized training in the center of reproductive medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of USTC from January 2021 to June were randomly divided into two groups with 20 in each.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method while the observation group the"Internet plus"flipped classroom teaching method.Students'satisfaction with teaching was evaluated through questionnaires,and theoretical examination and skill examination were conducted for students.Results:The theoretical examination scores,skill assessment scores and the satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The flipped classroom based on the"Internet plus"has a good effect in reproductive medicine teaching,and is worthy of popularization and application.
