Objective:To explore the effect of electric hair shaving in the prevention of head folliculitis in patients with aplastic anemia undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods:72 patients with aplastic anemia who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in hospital were selected.patients randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the intervention group received electric shaving on-1 d,+7 d,+14 d and+21 d on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of folliculitis, blood flow infection rate, pain score and comfort were compared between the two groups. Results:there were significant differences in the incidence of folliculitis and blood flow infection between the two groups(P<0.05),pain scores on+7 d,+14 d and+21 d(P<0.05),and comfort scores on psychological comfort, environmental comfort and physiological comfort(P<0.05).Conclusion:electric shaving can effectively reduce the incidence of head folliculitis and blood flow infection in patients with aplastic anemia undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, improve the comfort of patients, and is suitable for popularization.
