摘　　要：目的:探讨完全性前置胎盘伴瘢痕子宫并发产后DIC患者的护理。方法:加强病情观察,特别是各部位出血情况、连续肾脏替代治疗凝血情况、大量输血并发症的预防;应用护理超声技术密切观察患者的病情;注意呼吸治疗的序贯护理及腹泻护理;注重心理护理及家庭支持。结果:该患者经过26天ICU治疗后好转,于产后36天痊愈出院。结论:综合全面细致的护理可以改善患者治疗效果,促进身心康复。Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of a case of complete placenta previa with scar uterus and postpartum DIC.Method:in case of DIC,strengthen the observation of the condition,especially the observation of bleeding in various parts,coagulation in continuous renal replacement therapy,and the prevention of complications during massive blood transfusion during rescue;closely observe the patient's condition with nursing ultrasound technology;pay attention to the sequential nursing of respiratory treatment and diarrhea care in the nursing process;and attach importance to the psychological nursing and family support in the process of maternal treatment.Result:The patient's condition improved after 26 days of ICU treatment and was discharged after 36 days.Conclusion:Comprehensive meticulous nursing can improve curative effect and enhance rehabilitation both physically and mentally.
