摘  要:由于对发展预期研判的误差以及建设能力、城市空间条件限制等诸多因素影响,早年建成的部分立交工程出现老旧、容量不足以及交通组织不合理等问题,亟待实施系统改造。首先,依托分类交通数据分析及现场踏查,综合多要素精准识别拥堵问题及成因;其次,从区域路网关系入手,对研判问题提出各类改造方案,结合改造目标进行方案的组合设计;最后,通过仿真分析以减少延误为主要优化目标,再现不同组合优化方案的实施效果并提出推荐方案,可为类似道路立交改造决策提供技术借鉴。Due to the errors in the research and judgment of development expectation,as well as the influence of many factors such as construction capacity and urban space conditions,some interchange projects built in the early years have some problems,such as old,insufficient capacity,and unreasonable traffic organization.It is urgent to implement system transformation of these interchanges.Firstly,based on classified traffic data analysis and on-site inspection,integrate multiple factors to accurately identify congestion problems and causes;Secondly,starting from the relationship of the regional road network,various reconstruction schemes are put forward according to the research and judgment problems,and the combination design of schemes is carried out in combination with the reconstruction objectives;Finally,through simulation analysis,taking reducing delay as the main optimization objective,reproduce the implementation effects of different combination optimization schemes and put forward recommended schemes,which can provide technical reference for the decision-making of similar road interchange reconstruction.
