摘 要:为贯彻上海“十四五”规划提出的“新城发力”战略部署,服务独立节点新城发展建设,以嘉定新城为研究对象,对骨干路网系统进行研究。首先,从骨干路网结构、高峰运行状态、客货运服务等方面总结现状问题。其次,紧扣嘉定新城独立节点城市新要求,对外构建网络化路网体系,体现区域节点功能;对内与城市空间结构相耦合,强化组团快速联动及对重点片区骨架支撑;运输服务体现集约高效、客货有序、过境到发分离。最后,利用VUSUM模型评估路网承载能力。测试结果表明,骨干路网可弹性响应不同情景下的交通需求。In order to implement the strategic deployment of"new city development"proposed in Shanghai's"14th Five-Year Plan",Serving independent nodes for the development and construction of new towns.Taking Jiading New City as the research object,the backbone road netword system is studied.Firstly,the current situation from the aspects of backbone road network structure,peak operation status,passenger,freight services and so on are summarized.Secondly,closely following the new requirements of the independent node city of Jiading New Town,build a networked road network system externally to reflect the function of regional nodes;combining internal and urban spatial structure,strengthen the rapid linkage of groups and support the skeleton of key areas.Transportation services reflect intensive and efficient,orderly passenger and cargo,and separation of transit to departure.Finally,the VUSUM model is used to evaluate the carrying capacity of the road network.The test results show that the backbone road network can elastically respond to traffic demands in different scenarios.
