摘 要:对扬子石化乙二醇装置环氧乙烷(EO)和乙二醇(MEG)产品的产量比超过1.5将降低MEG产品220nm紫外透光率(UV值),造成MEG产品质量达不到聚酯级指标的原因进行分析探讨,找出关键因素,并提出相应的解决措施。采用催化加氢单元后,MEG产品脱醛效果大幅提升,EO/MEG的产量比例达到2.05时,MEG产品220nmUV值仍然大于78%,确保乙二醇产品质量同时,提高扬子石化乙二醇装置应对市场风险的能力,增加经济效益。The reason why the quality of MEG could not reach the polyester grade index was analyzed and discussed when the yield ratio of ethylene oxide(EO) to ethylene glycol(MEG) was more than 1.5 in yangtse ethylene glycol unit. After adopting catalytic hydrogenation unit, the removing aldehyde effect of MEG product was greatly improved. When the yield ratio of EO/MEG reached 2.05, the 220nmUV value of MEG product was still greater than 78%, which ensured the quality of glycol product and improved the ability of Yangtse Petrochemical glycol unit to deal with market risks and increased economic benefits.
