摘 要:目的探究空腹血糖受损(IFG)人群血尿酸(SUA)水平与胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法以2020年10月至2021年9月江苏省太湖疗养院健康体检的无锡地区150例IFG人群(观察组,6.1 mmol/L≤FPG<7.0 mmol/L)和150例空腹血糖(FPG)正常人群(对照组,FPG<6.1 mmol/L)作为研究对象,分析不同性别IFG与SUA水平、胰岛素抵抗的相关性。结果IFG人群胰岛素抵抗指数(3.04±1.23),SUA水平(389.56±73.74);FPG正常人群胰岛素抵抗指数(1.62±1.41),SUA水平(327.23±89.54);IFG人群的胰岛素抵抗指数、SUA水平均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性IFG人群胰岛素抵抗指数(2.92±1.43),SUA水平(382.65±83.23);女性IFG人群胰岛素抵抗指数(3.89±1.34),SUA水平(318.58±62.12);男性IFG人群胰岛素抵抗指数明显低于女性,SUA水平明显高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IFG人群的SUA水平、胰岛素抵抗指数增加,注重IFG人群血糖水平的管理,改善糖调节机制,可降低IFG人群糖尿病等疾病的风险。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid(SUA)level and insulin resistance in patients with impaired fasting glucose(IFG).Methods A total of 150 IFG patients(observation group,6.1 mmol/L≤FPG<7.0 mmol/L)and 150 patients with normal fasting blood glucose(control group,FPG<6.1 mmol/L)from October 2020 to September 2021 in Wuxi area coming to Taihu Sanatorium of Jiangsu Province for physical examination were selected as the research subjects.The correlation between IFG and SUA level and insulin resistance in different genders was analyzed.Results Insulin resistance index(3.04±1.23)and SUA level(389.56±73.74)in IFG group;Insulin resistance index(1.62±1.41)and SUA level(327.23±89.54)in FPG normal group;The insulin resistance index and SUA levels in IFG group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with difference of statistical significance(P<0.05).Insulin resistance index(2.92±1.43)and SUA level(382.65±83.23)in males of IFG group;Insulin resistance index(3.89±1.34)and SUA level(318.58±62.12)in females of IFG group;The insulin resistance index of males of IFG group was significantly lower than that of females,and the SUA level was significantly higher than that of females,with difference of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion SUA level and insulin resistance index increase in IFG population.Attention should be paid to the management of blood glucose level in IFG population and the improvement of glucose regulation mechanism to reduce the risk of diabetes and other diseases in IFG population.
