摘  要:稻草是一种丰富的农业废弃物,含有大量的薄壁细胞,实验研究酸解和水热预处理对稻草碱法制浆性能的改善作用。实验结果表明,酸解和水热预处理对非纤维细胞的去除能力差别不大。预处理后,采用烧碱-蒽醌法蒸煮后的纸浆性能优异,纸浆得率介于41.50%-43.45%。其中,水热预处理后,采用烧碱-蒽醌法在用碱量6%,蒽醌用量0.05%,蒸煮温度130℃,保温时间90min,液比1:6的优质条件下,抄造出纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数和环压指数分别为73.41N·m·g^(-1)、11.88mN·m^(2)·g^(-1)、3.91kPa·m^(2)·g^(-1)和17.40 N·m·g^(-1),远高于其他非木材所得纸浆。Rice straw is a kind of abundant agricultural waste,which contains a lot of parenchyma cells.The experimental results showed that there was little difference between acidolysis and hydrothermal pretreatment in the removal of non-fibrous cells.After pretreatment,the pulp cooked by caustic soda-anthraquinone method has excellent properties,and the yield of pulp is 41.50-43.45%.Among them,after hydrothermal pretreatment,using caustic alkali-anthraquinone method under the high quality conditions of alkali 6%,anthraquinone 0.05%,cooking temperature 130℃,holding time 90min,liquid ratio 1:6.The tensile index,tear index,rupture index and cyclic pressure index of the paper were 73.41N·m·g^(-1),11.88mN·m^(2)·g^(-1),3.91kPa·m^(2)·g^(-1) and 17.40N·m·g^(-1),respectively,which were much higher than those of other non-wood pulps.
