摘 要:传感网络为造纸污染的实时监控提供了便利条件,对于降低造纸工艺产生的污染具有重要意义,研究造纸污染监控软件的优化设计。根据造纸生产工艺流程与污染排放规律,规划造纸污染监测节点分布。利用传感网络实时采集流量、温度、酸碱度等造纸污染数据,计算造纸污染监控指标。通过与水质污染监测标准的比对,确定当前的造纸污染等级,得出可视化污染监控输出结果。通过软件测试实验得出结论:优化设计软件的污染监测误差与监控覆盖率均满足预设要求,通过监控软件的应用能够将造纸污染等级控制在轻度污染以上,即优化设计软件在造纸污染监测与控制两个方面均满足设计与应用要求。Sensor network provides convenient conditions for real-time monitoring of papermaking pollution,which is of great significance to reduce the pollution caused by papermaking process.The optimal design of papermaking pollution monitoring software is studied.According to the papermaking production process and pollution emission law,the distribution of papermaking pollution monitoring nodes is planned.The sensor network is used to collect the data of papermaking pollution such as flow,temperature and pH in real time,and calculate the monitoring index of papermaking pollution.By comparing with the water pollution monitoring standard,the paper pollution level is determined,and the output result of visual pollution monitoring is obtained.Through the software test experiment,it is concluded that the pollution monitoring error and monitoring coverage of the optimized design software meet the preset requirements.The papermaking pollution level can be controlled above mild pollution through the application of the monitoring software,that is,the optimized design software meets the design and application requirements in both papermaking pollution monitoring and control.
