人民公安“十六字”总要求的历史传承与时代创新

摘　　要：坚持党的绝对领导是人民公安保卫工作的首要原则。坚持服从服务于党和国家中心工作是人民公安保卫工作的永恒主题。坚持全心全意为人民是人民公安保卫工作的根本宗旨。习近平总书记对人民公安提出“对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明”的“十六字”总要求,既是对人民公安保卫工作宝贵历史经验的传承,又在新的时代条件下有了发展和创新,是新时代人民公安保卫工作的基本遵循。Adhering to the absolute leadership of the Party is the primary principle of the people’s public security work. Adhering to the central work of the Party and the state is the eternal theme of the people’s public security work. Insisting on serving the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental purpose of the people’s public security work. Xi Jinping’s "sixteen words" requirement of "loyalty to the Party, service to the people, impartiality in law enforcement and strict discipline" is not only the inheritance of the valuable historical experience of people’s public security work, but also the development and innovation in the new era, which is the basic principle of people’s public security work in the new era.
