摘  要:长链非编码RNA (long noncoding RNA, lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸且不编码蛋白质的RNA分子,主要通过调节细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和信号转导等复杂多样的过程,影响组织器官的功能以及疾病的发生发展。母系表达基因3 (MEG3)属于长链非编码RNA的一种,是参与基因表达的重要调节因子。MEG3最初引起人们关注的方向是其具有肿瘤抑制作用,为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供新思路和新方法。目前研究表明MEG3也是影响心功能的关键调控因子,通过调节心血管形成、心脏肥大、心脏纤维化、心肌细胞凋亡等参与心血管疾病的发生发展。该文主要就MEG3对心脏的作用以及与心血管疾病相关潜在关系的研究进展进行讨论。Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA) is a kind of non-protein-coding RNA molecule with the length of longer than 200 nucleotides. It mainly affects the function of tissues and organs, even the occurrence and development of diseases by regulating complex and diverse processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation,apoptosis and signal transduction. Maternal expression gene 3(MEG3) is one of the long noncoding RNAs and an essential regulator of gene expression. Initially, MEG3 attracted researchers’ attention because of its tumor inhibitory effect, which provides new methods for tumor diagnosis and treatment. At present, many studies have shown that MEG3 is also the key factor to affect cardiac function. It participates in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases by regulating cardiovascular formation, cardiac hypertrophy, cardiac fibrosis and cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Therefore, this review mainly discusses the research progress of MEG3 on heart and its potential role in cardiovascular diseases.
