侧卧位牵引复位器闭合复位技术在股骨颈骨折治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究侧卧位牵引复位器闭合复位技术在股骨胫骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2019年3月至2021年10月收治的股骨颈不稳骨折患者60例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各30例,对照组采取切开复位内固定术;观察组采取侧卧位牵引复位器闭合复位技术,比较两组患者的手术各指标、术后髋关节功能评分、术后第3天VAS评分、术后复位指数、骨折复位满意度。结果在不同复位技术的干预下,研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后开始活动时间、住院时间、术中透视次数均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后髋关节功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者复位指数比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05),均未见骨头不愈合现象。研究组患者对骨折复位满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论侧卧位牵引复位器闭合复位技术与常规的切开复位内固定技术比较能够改善手术中各项指标,促进患者术后髋关节功能恢复,增加患者对骨折治疗的满意度,在股骨骨折患者中治疗优势明显。Objective To explore the application of closed reduction technique of lateral position traction reducer in the treatment of femoral tibial fracture.Methods Sixty patients with unstable femoral neck fracture treated from March 2019 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The observation group adopted the closed reduction technique of lateral position traction reducer.The operation indexes,postoperative hip function score,VAS score on the third day after operation,postoperative reduction index and fracture reduction satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Under the intervention of different reduction techniques,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative activity time,hospital stay and intraoperative fluoroscopy times of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hip function score in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in reduction index between the two groups(P>0.05).Patients in the study group were more satisfied with fracture reduction than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional open reduction and internal fixation technology,the closed reduction technology of lateral position traction reducer can improve various indexes in the operation,promote the recovery of hip function after operation,and increase the satisfaction of patients with fracture treatment.It has obvious advantages in the treatment of patients with femoral fracture.
