临床合理用药指导对2型糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析在2型糖尿病患者中开展临床合理用药指导干预对患者用药依从性的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的130例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法进行分组,分为试验组65例、对照组65例,试验组进行临床合理用药指导干预、对照组进行常规用药指导干预,观察干预效果。结果干预后,两组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c水平明显下降,且试验组上述指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组用药依从优良率为96.92%、药品不良反应率为3.08%;对照组分别为80.00%、18.46%,试验组用药依从优良率、药品不良反应率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组生活质量评分明显上升,且试验组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者中开展临床合理用药指导干预,对提升患者用药依从性有积极影响,更有利于稳定血糖水平,减轻患者不适,提升患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of rational drug use guidance intervention on drug compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into experimental group 65 cases and control group 65 cases according to random digital table method.Results After intervention,the level of FBG,2hPG and HbA1c in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the above indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of medication compliance in the experimental group was 96.92%,and the rate of adverse drug reactions was 3.08%,the control group were 80.00%and 18.46%,the excellent and good rate of medication compliance and the rate of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);.After the intervention,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were significantly increased,and the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to stabilize blood glucose level,relieve discomfort and improve the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.
